We are looking for services of Warehouse Inventory Officer 

Candidate with prior experience will be preferred.

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Handling shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system
  • Controls inventory levels by forecasting, planning, executing and conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
  • Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report
  • Can audit the stock of the warehouse.
  • Has a good grip on forecasting the sales and revenue of the company.
  • Has worked on the audit of the sales.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; achieving KPIs
  • Setup layout & space management; develop and implement procedures such as SOP, 5S, HSE protocols
  •  Complies with relevant regulations, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

Skill Required:

  • 3 or more years of expereince in inventory operations
  • Must have excellent grip on Microsoft Excel and all on formula's.
  • Must be familier with software related to inventory operations.
  • Must have strong  analytical skills
  • Must be good in report writing
