Responsibilities

Build and manage paid advertising campaigns through You-tube Ads, Google Display & shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, and Amazon Marketing Services.
Tracking Social Media Influencers
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Build Sales Funnels & optimize them based upon analysis of customer experiences with other multiple KPI’s.
Optimize campaigns through tracking and analysis to shape future decision making.
Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to inform the long-term changes too.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight
Identify opportunities for online advertisements, get budget approvals, and run ad campaigns.
Prepare launch plans for new products, and initiatives are taken by the company

Key Skills:

Working knowledge of paid advertising through 1 - 2 years’ experience in house or agency setting
Strong analytics and problems solving skills
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, YouTube Ads, Google Display and Shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns, email marketing, social media management.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
Excellent communication & content creation skills
Practical knowledge of how various social media platforms work like FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., and how to leverage them for marketing the business.
