Strong OOP concepts
Strong grip on Java basics
MUST have worked on at-least one enterprise level Java application
Experience with Spring and Hibernate/Jpa frameworks
Experience to use different design patterns
Experience to write unit and integration tests in Java
A good team player

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to develop and submit a small java program/application for code review.
