Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage Tableau driven dashboards
Tableau Report Performance Optimization
Managing data modeling concepts
Translate business needs to technical specifications
Hands-on in Design, building and deploy BI solutions
Maintain and support data analytics platforms
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses

Architect, Design and develop web applications using modern software development practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and configuration management with Python, JavaScript, Azure, AWS, Angular, NodeJS, React JS, Mobile App, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Spark, NoSql, etc.
Work as a member of a large team including other developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers interacting with related teams on new product development.
Lead a team of developers and deliver the projects based on the requirements. You should be assigned to lead, architect, or develop solutions on multiple projects, so you need to take ownership of project delivery.
Develop, Architect, and Design frontend and backend with Python/Node applications, React JS, API, and Frameworks.
Integrate with Commercial off-the-shelf software products and configuration of third-party components
Design, code, test and manage various applications
Collaborate with the engineering team and product team to establish the best product
Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning
Lead the design, development, and planning for solutions and technology standards to solve complex business problems
Consult across multiple Information Technology projects and technology areas to perform troubleshooting, problem management, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation
Serve as a resource for technology/project development review and technical assessments
Ensure that the technical solutions meet the business goals
Provide consultation and technical leadership in project life cycle planning
Identify opportunities to leverage/influence the direction of existing infrastructure and application components
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of application architecture and architecture constructs as it connects to the enterprise architecture
Demonstrate mastery of software engineering, system integration, and database structures.
Responsible for assisting in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of DB’s architecture standards.
Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
Reviews business context for solutions and recommends potential options, selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align to the bank’s architecture strategy.
Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.
Ensure effective architecture governance including managing bank related tools like –Planning IT/Waltz/any others.
Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
Develops and executes solutions that further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
Provides analysis of security-related aspects in the suggested solutions.
Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
