Automating product test cases using automation tools and scripting languages - Selenium, Python, Java, etc.
Provide analytical and technical support to enable the design, development, validation, integration, and implementation of software applications.
Work in an agile environment to collaborate with self-organizing, cross-functional teams for software development.
Provide technical recommendations/solutions to complex problems.
Provide support to analyze the modern architecture and development environment.
Elicit and analyze user, functional, non-functional, Section 508, and other detailed requirements/acceptance criteria for applications and interfaces.
Provide support for creating technical and analytical documentation including technical specifications and user guides.
Design/develop system diagrams and presentation materials using industry standards and formats for various technical and management forums.
Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical stories.
Provide support in the development of documentation and presentations of demos for each sprint or software work package to stakeholders.
Coordinate the setup, data requirements, security updates, and testing of applications developed in the MDE. This testing could be via automated scripts or manual testing.
Support the integration of applications developed with Agile methodologies in the MDE into Production.
Generate documents for automation testing in support of the Agile and Modern Development Environment (MDE).
Coordinate data needs within the integration environment work with the developmental components in the MDE process and provide statuses to management.
Creating automation frameworks and identifying automation tools for executing automated test cases and verifying the results during various releases of new products of the DMG group
Reviews - Peer reviews, code reviews
Identify the gaps and suggest process improvements related to software automation and existing automation frameworks
Need to work with defect tracking and test case management tools
Need to interact with various departments like Development and Application Engineering/Support for understanding and troubleshooting issues.
