Your new role

Your responsibility in this permanent role is to lead the effective coordination of all parts of our online store, to ensure the growth of online sales whilst providing customers with the best online shopping experience. You will be working closely with the IT team to plan efficient development effort in line with commercial goals and outcomes.

This is a very interesting opportunity where you will have the prospect to shape the future of the role based on the needs of the business and your strengths through reviewing processes and recommending new systems. You will be driving the change through implementing new practices and planning.

What you will need to succeed

Hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or similar space
Track record in growing online revenue for a business and increasing customer engagement to drive online sales
Have knowledge and experience of UX, UI and SEO
Proven experience in Google Analytics
Desire and drive to develop a career in eCommerce
Have a can-do attitude with a passion for what you do
Strong project management capability
Display leadership including effective communication with internal team members and external stakeholders
Capability to build lasting relationships and influence decision making
Demonstrate analytical thinking - ability to analyse, investigate and interpret data
Ability to recommend solutions and further mature the e-commerce platform
Experience with Shopify or other leading e-commerce systems is highly desirable
Experience with Adobe XD is a plus
