Job Description

M5 Groupe is engaged in various industries, from manufacturing to hospitality. The members of the M5 Groupe represent the various regions and nationalities enabling it to understand the local cultures and values where M5 operates. M5 Groupe is launching a new start-up in Pakistan called M5 Youniform Pvt Ltd and looking to hire a full time “Order Processing & Customer Support Specialist”. The position is based in Karachi with flexible working hours. Females interested and passionate about the textile industry would be preferred. Responsibilities:

Process accurate orders to provide quick and friendly support, you’ll be delivering quality interactions with our customers and providing support to our Sales Team.
You may also be required to communicate with customers to confirm orders and ensure that customer requests are met accurately and in time for delivery.
Value customer satisfaction.
Manage customer order requirements, collaborate with sales, manufacturing and logistic departments, support data entry accuracy and efficiency.
Review and analyze purchase orders for final product size, packaging, instructions, and final ship-to.
Verify accuracy on order entry including configuration, pricing and sales promotions.
Manage daily allocation of all sales orders for shipment and delegated orders to various shipping lines for processing.
Receive, store and distribute products and keep record of the entire inventory/out of stock items.
Enter order data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

Have a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Have experience in a customer service role, ideally in manufacturing order processing.
Have at least 1 year of experience with accurate data entry.
Be enthused with challenges and enjoy organization and details.

Must have skills:

Proficient in MS Office.
Have strong English written communication skills; Bilingual in Urdu and English.
Communicate effectively and professionally in a warm manner.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.
