Originally focused on the design and manufacture of performance upgrades of Holden V6 and Ford straight-6, now the desire of serving a larger market has become our priority.

We're in need of a HR Manager for the following Job Description:

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings to appropriate job boards.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and perform phone screenings along with reference checks as needed
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Analyze the pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes employment status.
Responsible for administering payroll and leaves.
Maintaining employee confidentiality
Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Must be willing to assist with other office duties as needed.

Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Excellent active listening, negotiation, reasoning, and presentation skills
