We are now actively recruiting Business development Executive having extensive experience of  Enterprise sales and marketing of IT products/services in US and European Market. You will be responsible for generating leads, responding to lead generation efforts, conducting web-based demonstrations, developing customer relationships, driving new business within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with IT Managers.

This exciting position will maximize your sales skills and provide substantial financial rewards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange Meetings/product DEMO's.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • identifying and generating new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings and other online sources.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Working to monthly KPI's and targets
  • Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
  • Demonstrate key elements of software solution to prospective customers through online web demonstrations and answers feature and functional questions.
  • Work closely with Professional Services team to demonstrate and scale our solution to meet individual client needs
  • Update prospect interactions and statuses in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a business or related field
  • 2-5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years B2B lead generation and Enterprise Software sales experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • A passion and proven track record for driving the full sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take an ownership approach for sales, marketing and areas of responsibility and develop plans and programs to help the company achieve its goals.
  • Experience executing a consultative sales strategy while presenting technology-oriented solutions experience with software is a plus.
  • People with exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British and American)
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
  • Fast learner with background in IT and IT enabled Product/Services will be preferred.
