We are looking experienced candidates For American Based Call Center
Applicant must have good listening power, customer services skills and excellent communication skills with American accent, Confidence, Energy, Discipline.
Medical Field experience is Preferable.
Applicants should be computer literate, with good MS office knowledge and internet browsing skills.
Applicant can answer quickly to any query made by caller.
Job responsibilities include making enquiry calls and keeping record of information gathered from these calls in the given manner, with complete accuracy.
