Job Overview:

We're looking for multiple candidates with strong English communication skills for Patient Service and Medical Billing. Should be able to understand customer’s (patient's) point and explain/resolve query. Provides assistance to the customer with their questions, issues, new appointments, medicine delivery requirements, billing, and any other query.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about services.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
  • Communicate timely back to customers, track and resolve any issues regarding the service
  • Contribute to customer development role
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance.

Job Specifications:

 

  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Age limit: 20-30
  • Excellent command over English, with good American or Neutral accent
  • Excellent communication (Listening, Speaking & Writing)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other tools
  • Flexibility & Adaptability
  • Multi-Tasking (Over the phone and Front of screen)
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Emotional Intelligence and Critical Thinking
  • Self-motivated, assertive and responsive

 

Additional Experience of Medical Billing:

  • Reviews, analyzes and interprets CPT codes
  • Assigns correct modifiers to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
  • Assigns correct revenue codes for all CPT codes, when applicable.
  • Resolve Patient issues over the phone.
  • Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise
  • Implement, maintain and report on programs initiated by the practice

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Period: Monthly

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years + (Preferred)
  • For Billing associate: 1 year + billing experience
  • Quality Assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
