Macrosoft Pakistan is looking for 2 to 4 years experienced Project Coordinator, who must be having strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; the ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

Candidates must possess strong technical curiosity and be prepared to learn new development technologies on the job.

Responsibilities:

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, logging leaves etc.)
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update them
Deal with customer complaints or issues
Assist in relationship management
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
Administrative Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Astuteness, Managing Processes, Reporting Skills, Change Management, Coaching, Client Relationships, Supports Innovation, Developing Standards, Administrative Writing Skills.
