- Will be answerable for everything that happens on the farm.
- Must be able to encourage people to work and get work out of them.
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the traditional methods of agriculture.
- Must be at the site where work is happening and ensure it is done as needed
- Salary will be based on performance.
