We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to plan and supervise our mega building project of Mall and Residency in Islamabad from start to finish.

Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Hire and manage staff for the project.
Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
Risk assessment on site and ensuring health and safety regulation being carried out.
To submit quarterly written progress report of construction to chairman through admin covering the time lines being followed or otherwise with recommendations/reasons.
Communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and other involved in the project.
Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
