  • Confident with good communicational skills
  • Lead accounts & finance team at company level
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management
  • Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
  • Sign cheques of vendors
  • Managing record of inventory purchase and consumption and fixed asset purchase
  • Prepare and manage ledger accounts in accounting software
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups
  • Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements
  • Assist, Coordinate and liaison with Auditors
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
