We are looking to hire a full time Sales Manager to join our team at Islamabad Office and work on our current project named Madina Mall & Residency.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plan within budgetary limits
Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team
Identification of customers who are interested in investment in project or want to purchase an apartment for self-residence or shop for business
Preparation of project presentation according to client’s needs and interest
Identify emerging real estate markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
Reviewing sales team performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales target
Motivating and training sales team to deliver a high standard of customer service and closing sales
Set weekly and monthly monetary goals for the sales team to achieve
Arrange weekly sales report meetings with the management
Keeping record of sales productivity
Ensuring that the sales team delivers the desired results
Perform any other assigned task by management
