Job description:
Mahireen Recruitment Services is searching for an experienced sales and marketing manager to identify and generate new sales leads from international organizations searching for skilled human resources.
Work experience requirement: The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in sales and marketing at a reputable recruitment agency or related company (local or international).
Education requirement: Minimum bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales leads for manpower export of skilled professionals in healthcare, IT, finance/accounting and other professions for international countries such as the Middle East, GCC countries and more.
- Managing the end to end sales process including finding new demand, contract negotiation, and overseeing the recruitment/logistics process until the demand is fulfilled by a suitable candidate.
- Complete evaluation and due diligence of new identified demand to ensure the demand is valid and legitimate.
- Manage customer relationships of key existing client accounts; own profit and loss accounts, generate new sales from existing accounts and ensure follow-up of accounts receivables from customers.
- Identify and develop new customer segments and revenue channels e.g. new categories of skilled professionals, new geographic regions and countries, etc.
- Research and understand all key customer requirements for job positions (skills, qualifications, licenses, fees, etc) to ensure a thorough and knowledgeable sales discussion.
- Develop sales and marketing content including brochures, company sales profile, and any other documentation required by prospective customers.
- Coordinate the registration of new demand identified with the concerned regulatory authorities in their respective countries.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports with sales projections, key sales metrics and KPIs
- Attend meetings with management to discuss revenue generated, revenue projections, sales leads, and status of existing customer accounts.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills especially with Microsoft Excel
- Strong presentation skills especially with Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word
- Ability to persuade customers by understanding their requirements thoroughly
- Knowledge of sales and CRM tools along with supporting processes
- Ability to understand and manage profit and loss for customer accounts
