This role exists to provide broad based general administrative supervision and security to employees across the company. This role also responsible to manage day to day administrative operations in areas such as housekeeping, procurement, maintenance, security, labour and kitchen staff etc.
Ø Handle company matters / problems / issues / with all relevant departments from City Government to Federal Government.
Ø Coordinate and direct administration team to ensure employee facilitation at its best
Ø Pass instructions to the administration staff and monitor their performance on regular basis
Ø Manage maintenance of electric and air conditioning systems
Ø Deal, in every respect, security guards Company, security alarm System Company.
Ø Manage to maintain health and safety standards as per occupational health and safety rules and regulations
