Responsibilities:

Manage a team of call center agents and ensure they are meeting performance & sales targets and customer service standards
Business development to get more clients on board
Monitor call center metrics especially Sales Targets
Analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of call center agents
Maintain a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among call center staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that call center operations are integrated with overall business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in call center management in the BPO industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with call center technologies such as ACD, IVR, CRM and workforce management systems
Managing & arranging DDV
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Office Timings:UK/USA time zone
