Responsibilities

Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and state-of-the-art surveillance programs
Ensure all components of the Command Center surveillance equipment are operating according to standards and protocol
Communicate video intelligence to supervisors
Support and assist in record/data collection that involves recorded video
Operate an extensive variety of pan, tilt and zoom surveillance cameras

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field, or experience in law enforcement, security or surveillance operation
Ability to operate an extensive variety of pan, tilt and zoom surveillance cameras
Ability to manage information and technical security programs
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
Demonstrate analytical problem-solving ability and critical-thinking skills
Possess professionalism, confidentiality and a positive demeanor
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
