Responsibilities:

  • Exploring and developing new business opportunities in the overseas market
  • Generating and Closing Sales Leads.
  • Research and explore the potential global market for Home Textile Products and prepare timely report on the geographical location basis
  • Study and monitor the current global market for Home Textile Products and prepare report on product and region basis and identify the untapped potential market
  • Analyze the global market trends for Home Textile Products, take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with the global market trend
  • Generate lead and export sales Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them
  • To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management
  • Prepare quotation and pricing for overseas buyers
  • Negotiate with the international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
  • Evaluating and selecting freight forwarders - Take care of export documentation, liaison with various government and nongovernment departments like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.
  • Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of product - Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
  • Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed
  • Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination
  • Execute complete export cycle.

Educational Requirements

  • Preferably BBA/MBA from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in export and international market development, with any reputable textile firm.
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with oversees buyers Thorough hands-on experience with complete export cycle Familiar with basic laws and regulations for the movement of goods to overseas Thorough knowledge and practical experience on shipment policy and custom regulation Should have strong exposure in international marketing of FMCG products Must have experience of attending different foreign fairs.
