Role Summary:

To Produce quality product with effeciency and within timeline. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Look after production processes.
  2.  Co-ordinate with management to successfully implement company policies and goals.
  3.  Implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by identifying what is vital to the customer and communicate with all personnel in the department to make sure they understand what the customer wants
  4. Undertake financial planning and control and isolating steps to achieve quality standards whilst ensuring lowest possible costs i.e. ensure production is cost efficient.
  5. Guarantee product quality.
  6. Develop and implement necessary strategic process re-innovation with the aid of GAP analysis and/or appropriate techniques to isolate and accommodate the fast changing environment that surrounds and effects production.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of production parts to store by following and/or developing project timelines and/or Gantt charts.
  8. Design, Documentation and Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques supporting the concept of Kaizen to maintain and improve product quality.
  9. Ensure the implementation of routine scheduled maintenance and develop preventive maintenance schedule on a recurring basis. This will be conducted through regular analysis of the system model in light of any new predicated or unforeseen changes.
  10. Responsible for OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety)  EMS, FSMS and QMS Procedures in the department/section.
  11. Review performance of subordinates.
  12. Maintain discipline, identify training needs and motivate the work force
  13. Develop Employees skills as per the need
  14. Document and Present new ideas, with confidence, to management pertaining to any innovative ideas that Might benefit the organization

Desired Skills and experience:

-    Minimum 5 years’ experience of Injection Molding Machine Operations
