Summary/Objective

The HR Manager position in our leather garments manufacturing facility acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across the organization. They will plan, develop, implement and administer HR programs for company employees. This position is also responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

Essential Functions

The Individual will be expected to perform and execute the following essential functions:

  1. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  2. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  3. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  4. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  5. Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
  6. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by assessing benefit trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  7. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  8. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  10. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  11. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  12. Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  13. Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance
  14. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  15. Quality and Social Complinace Management with all renouned testing and quality control authorities 
  16. Good control on conflict Management.
  17. Implementing HR policies to our ERP system developing new ways to comply with ERP and producing Manufaturing based system.
  18. Dealing with Social security and EOBI issues.
