As we grow at Mangla Garrison Housing Pvt. Limited (MGH), so do our Commercial needs, and we’re ready to step up our ambition and effectiveness by appointing a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO).

Knowledge and Skills:

Analysis of activity related to marketing and develop sales plans to market product.
Hire and manage the commercial sales team, motivating and assessing their performance.
Develop profit for the company and provide financial and revenue support to the rest of the organization.
Establish realistic and achievable goals and implement marketing strategies to meet them.
Generating the sales of a company designed to achieve specific sales objectives.
Responsible for the approval of the pricing and positioning of the company's products
Participate in the preparation of the business plans for the company
Follow up on the daily sales achievements and report to the CEO/CFO on a regular basis.
Receive regular reports comparing the actual sales versus the budgeted sales
Suggest corrective actions in case the sales are below the budget

Experience & Expertise

Master degree in sales/marketing/business or similar
Experience from technical solution selling
Excellent communication skills (English/Urdu)
Rockstar presentation skills (English/Urdu)

Leadership skills:

Ability to influence, engage and motivate highly talented people to inspire great performance across departments
Outstanding sales management skills

Strategic:

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful commercialization strategies in early-stage / growth companies

Complexity:

Ability to work effectively in a complex, diverse and changing environment
Ability to balance being highly analytical and creative
