HR Coordinator

Softronix (Pvt) Ltd a leading software developing company with more than 15 years experience of developing high quality software products for international market is looking for an HR coordinator for its office in lahore. Ideal candidate should have to possess following skills.

Conduct staff performance evaluations
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
Provide basic counseling to staff
Devise, Maintain and update Company Human Resource Policy
Conduct the recruitment process, from job posting to final selection, participate in interviews.
Command on English writing and formal expression
Excellent communication Skills
Maintain employees data including contracts, educational record, experience record, ACRs, appraisals.
Arrange events for employees to make working place better
Find, discuss and resolve employees issues at work.
Keep record of attendance and timings.
Make every staff member more effective for the company.
