Minimum Experience: 2 years
Essential Duties/Required Skills:
· Develop, maintain and mature sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
· Development of new marketing collateral and sales content
· Manage prospects from lead generation to demo stage of the internal sales process with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
· Planning and executing campaigns targeting current and potential clients
· Developing a marketing strategy from concept to analysis to educate, nurture and retain customers through email, eNewsletters, etc.
· Create a full-fledged marketing campaign to create awareness of the brand – (social media, blogging, guest posts, advertising, PPC, SEO, and email)
· Provide competitive research and analysis support
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
· Research and generate lists of potential customers
· Maintain organized lists of prospects, call logs, sales records, and other supporting documentation
· B2B Marketing Experience in construction industry is a plus
· Knowledge of identifying private sector, donor funded and government tender opportunities and application documents is a plus
