Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Desktop & web development team to integrate .NET applications and the Mobile Apps. You will be primarily responsible for designing and developing the desktop & web application, working for the quality assurance, and developing database components such as store, queries, and triggers. Due to the collaborative nature of this project, the ideal candidate has strong communication skills to effectively articulate the problems and solutions found in the application.

Responsibilities

Create Test Documentation using Test Design techniques.
Document testing results for the project team.
Create and write Project Documentation.
Write Bug Reports in case of found errors and collaborate on issue resolution.
Perform manual testing.
Develop quality metrics and dashboards for reporting results of testing test runs.
Identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Communication with stakeholders for timely updates on the status of resolution around issues.
Build and maintain status reports to highlight the state of releases, testing projects, impacts/concerns, etc.
Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements

1 year experience of working on a QA Engineer position.
Significant experience of working in software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools.
Solid experience in writing clear٫ concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Significant experience with both white box and black box testing.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Good knowledge of SQL, C#, and scripting.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles.
Experience with performance and/or security testing.
BS in Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area.
