People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred. Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British) or neutral accent can also be accommodated. Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred but freshers can also apply. Excellent skills in Customer Management. Complaint Management & Escalation Process. Self-motivated. Good team player.
