Development Phase

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Creating a user flow and a prototype through wire frames and get approval from client
  • Application modeling (Application Feeler/ Actual Designs Sharing)
  • Comprehensive testing of application before initiating the fieldwork
  • Reports Designing and Testing 

Training Phase

  • Train the trainers on application and reporting so they can deliver trainings in different regions
  • Training all the relevant stakeholders and Trainers on new launched features

Client Services

  • Providing telephonic and on ground support to all the field users
  • Managing devices authorizations which includes enabling and disabling of IMEI codes
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by Trade marketing Team
  • Regular updates to clients on the progress of projects
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with client
  • Serve as the link of communication between Client and internal teams
  • Resolve Technical and understanding issues faced by the field users
  • Getting manual changes done in the system, (if any) which includes, change is shop tagging, changes in user tagging etc
  • Gathering requirements and change requests from Trade Marketing team
  • Making and sharing data for any new activities inducted in the application.
  • Performing initial diagnostics and providing clarity to stakeholders on issues such as route files, reports understanding and front end application features
  • Manage database of all regions for Auto emails (Names, email IDs, numbers etc.)

Route Management

  • Direct connection with the Sales promotion and the HO for alignment and uploading of routes.
  • Perform sanity checks on routes files received from regions and preparing feedback before uploading
  • Ensuring Merchandiser Relogins after route uploading

Operation Support

  • Regular updates on resolution of issues, which were  raised by the Operation team
  • Maintain log for ongoing queries, route uploading, Reports feedback and change requests
  • Periodic in field visits and training session with Karachi Team
  • Authorization, distribution and management  of devices inventory
