- Follow-up with panel and insurance companies to collect outstanding accounts for which payment has not been received.
- Identify problem issues on outstanding panel/patients accounts.
Will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Resolving both patient and panel credit balances in the billing and collection of accounts receivable for the Hospital.
- Reconcile invoices to expedite the payment of past due invoices
- Work with the Patients Coordination and Business Development Departments to resolve patients/panels disputes and problems that impact a customer’s ability or willingness to pay.
- Design and implement processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
