MarryMax - Premier Matrimonial Service for Pakistanis; is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated female candidate for the job of Member Support Associate, who can provide support to marrymax.com members in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Someone who can listen & respond to members for service related inquiries via phone, email & web.

What we do: MarryMax is an online matrimonial service, serving Pakistanis all over the world to find matrimonial matches (rishte) for themselves or their loved ones using our website or mobile apps.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits that marrymax.com offer, to support and assist members so they can utilize the service to maximize their benefit in finding a match or rishta.
Providing outstanding member support service to all the callers and members in a professional and courteous manner.
Equipped with full knowledge, answering incoming calls regarding marrymax.com services, and explain and guide in a best possible manner.
Patiently guide and Educate MarryMax.com service options to new and existing members that best suit their needs and how members can find matches.
Handling of inbound and outbound calls.
Reaching out to members to resolve their queries and concerns related to their use of marrymax.com
Follow up with members to recommend and suggest appropriate matches.
Listening & responding to users for service related inquiries via phone, email & web.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Master's degree holders
Punctual, Respectful and Soft-spoken.
A team member.
Strong follow-up skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Good skill of using computer for work.
Should be able to write email responses and respond to member queries.
Minimum three year of verifiable work experience.
Must be equally comfortable in Urdu and English.
