3. Planning menus and prepare food demand
4. Check quality of raw material issue form store
5. Monitor & Prepare food preparation at different stages.
6. Ensure every item cooked is well prepared by demand and equipped with necessary items.
7. Meet customers during prime time operations in case of any query or complaint and ensure its timely closure.
8. Maintain good hygiene practice - HACAAP standards
9. Conduct training need analysis and arrange trainings accordingly.
10. Organize staff duty roaster
