Mashhori is a marketing company mainly focused on real estate projects.

We are hiring a creative and focused digital artist.

Responsibilities:

This is a fast-paced and high deliverable role paired along with a supportive and "all hands on deck" style team.
Responsibilities for the Digital Designer role include:
Help maintain and evolve our brand and visual design guidelines.
Give and seek feedback during critique sessions to continually raise the bar for quality in the team.
Being able to come up with a Plan B. Constantly challenge yourself and the team on how we work, helping to adopt new practices and tools.
Take technical briefs and translate them into high-quality, engaging visuals.
Deliver projects within quick turnaround deadlines.
Communicating productively with the marketing team and project managers to keep them up to date with project progress.
Creation of marketing collateral and assets– across the website, email, interactive digital documents, social media, and more.
Key attributes / skills / competencies Possess advanced Windows and program skills, including key Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) Experience working with a digital marketing team to support the creation and delivery of digital assets for active Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, and Twitter social media accounts, including knowledge of different digital and social media advertising formats.
Must have at least 3-5 years prior experience as a Graphic Designer Flair for design and creativity A team player capable of displaying the perfect blend of creative acumen and attention to detail Competent in PowerPoint to create engaging presentations. Designing emails and newsletters with BeePro or similar (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
