Team Lead Unity 3D/2D Game Developer

Mashkraft is looking for a self-motivated, talented, and solution-centered Team Lead/Unity 3D/2D Games Developer, capable of working in a highly competitive environment. Has developed an enhanced understanding of the technical aspects of software engineering. Independent of technology and platform can work in any framework.

Expertise in all areas of game programming, including development, coding, game design, and troubleshooting.
Strong command over 2D, 2.5D, 3D, and Multiplayer games is a must.
Leadership abilities to organize and direct a group of creative individuals to work as a cohesive team.
Understanding of product conception.
Excellent communication skills.
You shall be interacting with the team members to plan, code and produce quality games ensuring the best user experience for both Android and iOS platforms.
Paying attention to the Android vitals is a key in this role.
You are also required to work on mediation where integrating ad networks with Unity.
3+ years of extensive experience of 3D game development using the Unity platform for both Android and iOS platforms.
Should have experience in tools like Maya, 3D Max, Adobe photoshop
Good knowledge of Android vitals.
Experience in integrating ads networks and Mediation with Unity, for example AdMob, MoPub, and Charboost.
Should have strong knowledge of AR/VR.
Ability to visualize and design 3D games.
Light, Texture and Mesh Baking
Have a good sense of the user experience.
Good researching ability and quick self-learning.
