Manage a team of Sales Distribution Supervisions, Business Development Officers and Channel Partners.
Focus on quality of Sales.
Ensure the achievement of assigned Sales KPIS of Mobilink & MFS.
Conduct regular Market Visits highlighting areas of opportunities for improvement in collaboration with channel partners.
Ensure quality MFS roll out and monitor performance from the active retailers as per the assigned targets
Ensure effective working on parameters for achieving good positions in FSC.
Ensure involvement of franchise and retailers to generate incremental revenues and to have a growth in data.
Manage reporting of Market Intelligence with respect to competition
Sound understanding of sales & distribution
Strong analytical skills
Strong Communication Skills
Language proficiency is must.
Familiar with local geographic knowledge of the region
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
