Massa Global is currently hiring a full-time Office Manager in its Lahore office to coordinate between the different offices around the globe.

Job Responsibilities;

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervising staff, attendance, office operations e.g. front desk, housekeeping, emails and phone calls.
Coordinating leadership, e.g. meetings, travel, personal assistance.

The preferred candidate should possess the following:

Good command on Microsoft Office.
Previous experience of working with Architecture, Interior design, Construction or Real Estate firm.
A good understanding of generating contracts.
Proficient in speaking English.
Be a proactive team player.
Be based, near or in DHA Area
