You will be responsible to analyze warranty data and status, complaint processing, regulate customer and supplier claims, track and implementing corrective actions; and lead and control the processing of warranty-related tasks. You will also manage all OEM specified free services processes and generate all reports required by OEM from time to time.
To apply, you should be DAE / B.Tech with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable OEM dealership. Technical certifications from a reputable OEM is highly preferred.
