1) Managing all the documents and meetings.
2) Coordinate with all the branches of Celeste outlets in Lahore
3) Make reports for petty cash expenses on weekly and monthly basis.
4) Process budgets of all branches in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5) Ensure on time renewal of office vehicle tokens.
6) Supervise all company drivers, check their log books on daily basis.
7) Supervise company guards at the main entrance gate & check their visitors.
8) Supervise company gardeners and make office environment green
9) Must be good in making reports on excel sheet.
10) Make sure all activities or task assign by the immediate manager should be done within given timeline
