1. Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
  2. Update plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
  3. Visit institutes, corporate office, Interior Designers and Architects in accordance with approved weekly visit plan.
  4. Prepare and submit daily visit report to immediate supervisor.
  5. Provide input in regard to pricing aligned with particular company conditions
  1. Identify and qualify leads by cold calling prospective corporate clients with a view to secure new business meetings.
  2. Make presentations to key decision makers and stake holders to promote company products.
  3. Follow up all incoming leads, determining the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate corporate solution.
  4. Develop tactics for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the corporate sector
  1. Discuss specific client needs with the line manager for product modification
  2. Keep up with the latest product information supplied by the company
  1. Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
  1. Monitor competitor activity new product innovations and report to immediate supervisor
  2. Participate in public relations activities and community events in liaison with the PR Team to ensure that contacts are made
  1. Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing
