- Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
- Update plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
- Visit institutes, corporate office, Interior Designers and Architects in accordance with approved weekly visit plan.
- Prepare and submit daily visit report to immediate supervisor.
- Provide input in regard to pricing aligned with particular company conditions
- Identify and qualify leads by cold calling prospective corporate clients with a view to secure new business meetings.
- Make presentations to key decision makers and stake holders to promote company products.
- Follow up all incoming leads, determining the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate corporate solution.
- Develop tactics for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the corporate sector
- Discuss specific client needs with the line manager for product modification
- Keep up with the latest product information supplied by the company
- Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor competitor activity new product innovations and report to immediate supervisor
- Participate in public relations activities and community events in liaison with the PR Team to ensure that contacts are made
- Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing
