ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To call customers & fix appointments for door-to-door selling
- Make outgoing calls to customers
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Listen to objections and handle them effectively
- Record all customer and dealer complaints and follow predefined appropriate course of action to effectively handle all complaints
Ideal candidate must have call center experience for outbound calls and must be fluent in English.
