Manage retail showroom while assist with product selection, merchandising, and pricing
Assist with marketing, advertising and promotions
Work with management to ensure all sales goals are met
Manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
Lead Sales team in showroom and ensure the opening and closing of showroom on timely basis
Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the store
Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
Assist with order processing and scheduling of deliveries
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, designers and interior decorators other related duties as needed
Plans and monitors the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders
Keeping stock control systems up to date and involve in annual stock taking
Plans future capacity requirements and oversees various inventory items to determine what is selling, what is not selling and which ones are selling out and need to be re-ordered.
To analyze and compile customer complain and query.
To undertake any assignment given by immediate supervisor
