Provide assistance to Assistant Manager/ZM/SR ZM.
Coordinate with the dealer's network and discuss their concerns with the Assistant Manager.
Be efficient in forwarding complaints to the Customer Services Department.
Working in close coordination with the Customer Services Department in weekly review of complaints received.
Research Customers' needs and wants as well as competition information to hunt opportunities.
Monitors dealer's activities and ensure dealer's sales, recoveries, and dispatches.
Convert existing inactive dealers into active dealers.
Prepare market visit plan on the basis of composite report.
Respond to requests from Customers/Dealers.
Report day to day activities to Assistant Manager.
Carry out other activities as required.
