  • Reviewing purchase orders and coordinate with the concerned department.
  • Purchasing material.
  • Coordination with clients (Internal & External).
  • Review reports for stock.
  • Monitor price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
  • Job-related tasks as assigned by Manager.                              
  • Visit vendors and suppliers for purchases, item returns, or replace or repairs, and maintenance.
  • Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.                      
  • Good knowledge of local markets.                                          
  • Review inventories and order as required.                                
  • Produce and maintain all reports.                                         
  • Sourcing and Purchasing.                                                      
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers for cash purchases.                                                                           
  • Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare a comparative analysis of quotations and report to management.
