Develop a complete EHS Management System and ensure its compliance.
To ensure all EHS processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across all Units.
Displaying safety instructions, signs, slogans, posters, floor marking, and color coding to warn employees about potential hazards.
Ensure that effective medical, first aid, occupational health & safety facilities, resources, equipment, consumables and all required PPEs are provided and maintained at all offices and production units.
Conduct EHS audits, preparation of documents and report concerns to the management.
Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
Develop and organize EHS trainings and operational support to all levels of the organization.
Develop, implement and monitor the Chemical Hazardous waste program including chemical accumulation and area inspections.
Perform industrial hygiene activities including chemical and/or any other monitoring as necessary.
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
Ensure that contractors should also comply with company HSE standards.
Ensure that all Hazards and Risks associated with company and contractors work activities have been identified, assessed and actions are taken to eliminate or reduce these to ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable).
Deal with EPA (Environment Protection Authority) and other departments regarding EHS matters.
Preparation of documentation to get EHS certifications.
