Receive tile complaints from zonal offices and ensure them to resolve on immediate basis
Give awareness about “fixing or fitting” to technical persons at the company’s work sites
Get feedback about product quality and submit it to office in-charge
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving the complaints in an efficient manner
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Give your findings on tiles/sanitary claim against complaints
Approve tours sanction pro forma for the zonal staff
Keep record of monthly expenditures, office activities, staff performance and reports sent to Head office
Present report to the line manger on monthly basis
Carry out other activities as required
