  • To assist GM Procurement & import in his routine work and coordination between departments.
  • To carefully perform the tasks assigned and keep the HOD update about the progress of the tasks.
  • To assist HOD in daily plans and priorities the daily tasks with section Managers.
  • To create, compile and export data containing all information for daily tasks and activities.
  • To have strong follow up and coordination with Finance, Store & Inventory and Production department to determine the daily priorities.
  • To build and maintain the good relationship with Suppliers/vendors and end users (Departments).
  • To ensure clear communication within the department at all levels and also with the other departments
  • To perform any other task assigned by Management.
