  • To assist Manager Procurement in receiving, checking the demands / purchase requisitions form respective departments store and keep the record.·
  • To have strong follow up with Raw material suppliers on daily basis, moreover, he will also coordinate with transport companies for arrangement of vehicles(Truck).· 
  • To prepare the CS (Comparison Sheets) as per directions.· 
  • To develop the procurement plan on daily basis according to the demands.·
  •  To prepare the aging wise suppliers outstanding payments date and forward to finance department for payments after approval from HOD.·
  •  To develop the database of vendors/contractors on the basis of satisfactory performance and future purchase reference in order to reduce sourcing time.· 
  • To ensure clear communication within the department at all levels and also with other departments.
  • To prepare purchases orders as per directions and approvals and send the copy to the concerned supplier.·
  • To collect the bills/ invoices from suppliers and keep the records in a proper manner and also get the approval from designated authorities on each invoice before submitting to finance department.
