We are looking for HR Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

· The ideal candidate must be a holder of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Candidate must have 3 years of relevant experience in the given role

Must have a confident personality

Must have excellent communication and negotiations skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Must have the ability to work under pressure

Candidates having experience in IT industry would be preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate must have professional experience in the Recruitment and Selection of the relevant candidates

Must be able to manage the whole HR process efficiently “from hiring till the final selection of the relevant candidates, handling applicant’s queries and concerns (if any)

Keeping and maintaining the record of the employee related documents

Maintain attendance records and overall attendance/leaves related matters of employees.

Must have command on Microsoft office for making spreadsheets and company related reports

Must be able to implement the company policies and make sure that the they are being followed in the organization without violation

Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation

Must be able to perform the orientation of new employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)

Responsible for effective on boarding/off boarding process

Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

Should be able to maintain relationship between employees and management (interdepartmental coordination)

Assistance in HR initiatives and other creational projects assigned.

Plan and execute employee engagement programs and nurture a culture which leads to employee satisfaction, motivation and high employee retention

Dealing with employees, solving their issues and counseling with them as and when needed

To ensure day to day HR operations are performed with accuracy and timely.

Must have technical knowledge and have previously used HR management tools

The ideal candidate must also have the legal knowledge of the industry and the Human Resource Management best practices.
