Our aim is to develop one of a kind wholesale e-commerce solution, along with an inventory management system, to give the wholesale world a new look. And we are continuously working on it.

An Ideal Candidate Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or Software Engineering.
Good writing skills.
Exceptional research and development skills.
Previous working experience as a technical content writer.
Command on composition and English grammar rules.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Familiarity with web applications as well as publications.
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO based content.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.

What We expect from this position:

Produce high quality and SEO friendly content for SAAS based products.
Must be able to produce and edit non plagiarized quality content for the digital marketing team.
Should be able to actively research on competitive analyses and product feature list.
Drive the documentation planning in partnership with the client success and product teams.
Produce high-quality documentation for products including manuals, different types of SRS, help topics, FAQs etc.
Follow designs and standards to develop and deliver documentation for functional and non-functional requirements and suggest improvements.
Should be able to document the reverse requirements and engineering cycles of product and product features.
