Matrix Sourcing Group consists of a well established large scale apparel sourcing Company, with 3 independent small companies - Software Development, Clothing Brand, and a leading Restaurant.

The group requires a strong Senior Manager Finance and Accounting for the Group Companies having strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational leadership skills.

Job Description:

Establish Financial Accounting System and Inventory Accounting Systems

· Establish modern IT practices in Finance and Accounts

· Financial, Cash Flow Planning and Budgeting and Forecasting

· Management Financial Information Reporting Weekly and Monthly

· Establish Finance and Accounting System consistent with Accounting standards

· Establish Expense and Purchase Control System to bring down costs and control and monitor purchasing.

· Establish cost efficient import system for raw materials and handle clearance and logistics along with Shipping Clearing and Forwarding Companies.

· Financial Analysis to Management on company operations including trend analysis, variance analysis, costing analysis, profitability analysis, working capital requirements and analysis.

· Monitoring, Planning, and management of cash flows and financial operations

· Overseeing the complete tax function of the company by reviewing all tax matters including Directors tax returns related to the Companies

· Liaise with FBR and SECP and all other relevant govt departments related to finance dept.
